evidence and reports tight and defensible.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre- and post-bunker surveys onboard vessels and shore terminals.
- Measure fuel quantities (ullage, temperature, density, calibration).
- Apply ISO 22192:2021 and related standards during bunker operations.
- Prepare and issue bunker survey reports on time.
- Act as an independent verifier during fuel delivery.
- Investigate and resolve quantity gaps or disputes.
- Work with vessel crew, suppliers and port authorities during operations.
- Keep surveying equipment calibrated and in good condition.
- Follow HSSE rules during all site and vessel work.
Requirements
- Valid Bunker Quantity Surveyor (BQS) license in Singapore.
- 2–5 years in bunker quantity surveying or related marine / oil & gas work.
- Solid understanding of marine fuel systems, tank calibration and measurement.
- Familiar with maritime regulations and port procedures.
- Clear, concise reporting and communication.
- Can work independently in a live operational environment.
- Irregular hours, including nights and weekends may apply.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud security.

- Fluent with vulnerability assessment and threat management concepts.
- Deep understanding of security principles, controls and risk management.
- Cloud security certifications (AWS or similar) are a plus.
