1. Scope & Acceptance

By accessing the Site or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and App.

2. Personal Data We Collect

For the purposes described in Section 3, we may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

(a) Information you provide to us

Identification and contact details (e.g. name, postal address, email address, telephone number).
Billing and payment information processed via secure payment providers.
Operational and profile details you provide in forms, surveys, support requests, or feedback (e.g. company, role, bunker survey preferences, usage notes).

(b) Information collected automatically

Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type and version, time zone, plug-ins, operating system and platform.
Usage data: URLs visited, clickstream data, pages viewed, search queries, response times, download errors, session duration, interactions (scrolls, clicks, mouse-overs) and how you navigate away from pages.

(c) Information from third parties

We may receive personal data from business partners, analytics vendors, payment providers, and other third parties that support the Platform. Where appropriate, we will notify you of the source and intended use of such data.

Data minimisation: we retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy (see Section 8).

3. How We Use Personal Data

To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site, App, and related services.
To research, design, and launch new features and workflows for bunker survey operations, reporting, and analytics.

To respond to or participate in legal proceedings, and to obtain professional advice.
For direct marketing with your consent (if we ever do so), which you can withdraw at any time.
To communicate with you and handle enquiries, support tickets, or complaints.
For purposes directly related or incidental to the above.

4. Direct Marketing

We currently do not send marketing messages about our products and services and are not affiliated with any marketing partners. If this changes, we will obtain your consent where required, and you may opt out at any time.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We keep your personal data confidential but may disclose it to the following parties for the purposes described in this Policy:

Our group companies, affiliates, and related entities.

Our overseas offices, affiliates, business partners, and counterparts (on a need-to-know basis).

Important: transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee security of data transmitted to our Site or App; transmission is at your own risk.
